ART + TECHNOLOGY = LYM ART
LYM ART is a new branch of the international creative technology production company LYM, dedicated to uniting art and technology.

Within the LYM ART space, media artists explore technology as a tool for rethinking profound ideas. The current focus is on creating meditative practices within technological art.

The team’s installations have already earned recognition and captivated audiences at international multimedia art festivals such as INTERVALS, NUR, and City of Light.
In 2023, LYM ART made its debut at international festivals. In 2024, it presented its first commercial exhibition, Code of Light, at the MARS Center for Contemporary Art. By 2025, it had already earned industry recognition, winning awards such as BEMA! and Event of the Year.

Over the past year alone, LYM ART has delivered six major installations across Russia — from Moscow and Saint Petersburg to Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, and Vladivostok — participating in leading multimedia art festivals.

Antifragility visualizes the birth of thought as a tension held between two poles. Like the electrodes of an induction coil, two robotic arms maintain balance, while volumetric threads become the ignition point — the barely perceptible moment when an idea emerges.

PACK is an experiment exploring the concept of the "new human," where the boundaries of identity dissolve into a symbiosis with technology, forming new social organisms. At its core lies a deconstruction of human consciousness and the transfer of its fragments into robotic dogs.
Through a neurointerface, the agent controls a pack of 14 robotic dogs that move in sync around a guest artist, responding to their answers.

INCUBATOR explores the fragility of creating ideal order through the cycles of a crystal’s birth, life, and dissolution. The movement of 56 indicator capsules on 7 kinetic winches visualizes the stages of crystallization: oversaturation, initiation, growth, stabilization, and decay.

MATRЁSHKA is an original reinterpretation of a symbol deeply rooted in Russian culture — an object that carries a collective identity while reflecting the vision of a specific author. This dynamic kinetic installation comprises seven glowing layers, each rotating independently to create shifting visual and auditory scenarios.

Developed over eight months, MATRЁSHKA premiered on August 1, 2024, becoming a highlight of the City of Light’s multimedia festival.

Garden of Light is an audiovisual installation specially created for the Glass Canopy of Zaryadye Park. Building on the light-based exploration in Light Your Guide, it continues the artistic investigation of light as a conductor toward inner truth, shaping a space for a sensory, emotional encounter with light.

Light Your Guide is built around moving beams of light interacting with a variety of dynamic surfaces. Here, light is explored as a conductor in our search for inner truth. The installation offers a multi-sensory journey: we see the light, we touch it, we hear its music, breathe in its scent, and perceive its messages.

At the core of this installation lies the rhythm of breath, intertwined with the movement of kinetic "petals." By synchronizing meaning, music, visuals, and light, it creates a therapeutic, healing space where visitors are invited to discover their own unique breathing code. Breath is explored as the essence of life and its cyclical nature.

This light-and-sound immersive artwork by LYM ART continues our series of explorations of light as a conductor toward inner truth. Through the play of refraction and transformation of beams, it creates a space for a sensory, emotional encounter — an invitation for the viewer to immerse themselves.

Our chosen direction of meditative art, where technology plays a key role, offers both visual and deeply meaningful immersion. Here, we ask ourselves essential questions, and in answering them, we reconnect with our creative potential.

This time, the audio accompaniment is presented in two variations:

The result was the conceptual exhibition project Code of Light, introducing a new direction in art — meditative art, where technology plays a key role in connecting a person with their creative potential.

The exhibition featured In-Breath in. Out-Breathe out and Light Your Guide, both acclaimed and widely appreciated by audiences at the international multimedia art festivals INTERVALS and NUR.
